By accessing or using MyPokerCoach, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account credentials with others, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

MyPokerCoach offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Billing cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription date.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
• Money-back guarantee: All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of subscribing or upgrading, contact support for a full refund.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You agree to use MyPokerCoach only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
• Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or any conduct that adversely affects other users' ability to use the Service
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or any premium content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, training materials, algorithms, software, and design — are the exclusive property of MyPokerCoach or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content or software without our explicit written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by MyPokerCoach without obligation or compensation to you.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Training outcomes depend on individual effort, and we make no guarantees about your poker results, earnings, or performance at real tables.

Poker involves elements of both skill and chance. Use of our training tools does not guarantee success in any real-money poker environment. Always play responsibly and within your means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPokerCoach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Losses incurred from poker play, gambling, or wagering activities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to MyPokerCoach in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion option in your settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the Service, or MyPokerCoach.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
